Statement on Covid 19

Dear Dainese Riders,

Dainese Kuala Lumpur prioritises the well-being of our customers and employees.

For everyone's safety, we follow the Malaysian government's guidelines on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Covid-19 and have implemented a set of rules for showroom operations, stepped-up workplace sanitisation efforts, and allowed team members to work from home where possible.

During this period of Movement Control Order (MCO 2.0), our showroom remains open with approval from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, but in-store visits will be by appointments only.
Should you want to visit the store, we seek your cooperation to:

  • make an appointment;
  • allow us to take your temperature at the door;
  • have your mask on correctly at all times while on the premises;
  • sanitise your hands;
  • and only come alone if possible.

We are also making it easier for you to shop from home. With the launch of our online shopping portal, you can browse, select, and have your Dainese purchases delivered to your doorstep.

If you need expert advice while shopping, our e-Concierge service allow you to video-consult a Dainese crew at selected time slots. You may also choose to get in touch with us via our other contactless platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and email.

We seek your support to do your part for the community by only visiting our store when necessary. We further rally the community to practice social distancing, wearing masks and staying home as much as possible during MCO 3.0.

Together, we will get through these trying times. Ride safe.

Yours sincerely,
Eugene Lim
