1.1 The 5th Anniversary Sale is open to all customers shopping in-store or online at www.ridelah.com during the event period.

2. Sales & Promotions
2.1 Promotional pricing and offers are valid only from 29th August – 7th September 2025.
2.2 All offers are subject to stock availability and apply while stocks last.
2.3 Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, vouchers, or membership benefits unless otherwise stated.
3. Warranty Exclusions
3.1 Products purchased at a 40% discount or more are not eligible for warranty.
3.2 Products without an original product label are excluded from warranty coverage.
3.3 Undergarments damaged due to Velcro contact or abrasive surfaces are not covered under warranty.
