Warranty Claims
1. Which products are covered by warranty and how long is the warranty period?
All Dainese products purchased on Ridelah.com, in-store and through the Ridelah 2.0 App are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
All Spark products purchased on ridelah.com and through the Ridelah 2.0 App are covered by a one-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
Products with the Gore-Tex membranes used in waterproof garments are covered by a five-year warranty, excluding footwear. However, other manufacturing defects are covered by a one-year warranty.
Pro-Armor and Pro-Shape are covered by three-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Undergarments with damage in contact with Velcro, or causes by abrasive by nature is not applicable for warranty.
Please note that items without a product label are not applicable for warranty.
2. What are manufacturing defects?
Manufacturing defects in clothing refer to issues or faults that occur during the production process of garments, which can affect their quality, appearance, and functionality.
Regular wear and tear, damage caused by the wearer, or changes that happen to the garment after purchase are NOT considered manufacturing defects. responsibility.
3. Do I have to register my product to activate warranty?
You are not required to carry out any registration to activate warranty.
Purchases made on our website, Ridelah App or from our store will automatically be covered by the warranty through registration in our Ridelah Loyalty Rewards Program.
4. How do I make a warranty claim?
Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp at +603 7932 3459 for online/walk-in warranty service.
Step 2: Our Sales Consultants will conduct a basic diagnostic or waterproofness test on the product.
Step 3: If the diagnostic reveals manufacturing defects or waterproofness issues, we will initiate a warranty claim with the Dainese After Sales team.
Step 4: Complete the warranty claim form.
Step 5: The Dainese After Sales team will further assess the product, which may take 7 – 21 workings days or more, depending on the product’s conditions.
Step 6: If the product is repairable, Ridelah will cover the repair charges and return it to the customer.
Step 7: If the product has manufacturing defects or waterproofness issue, a one-to-one replacement will be provided to the customer. Please be aware that warranty claims for discontinued products or items not currently in stock will be compensated with a Credit Note. This Credit Note is valid for 6 months from the date of warranty approval and can be used for future purchases. Please note that refunds are not available for warranty claims.
Step 8: You will be notified of the warranty result via phone call. Customers must claim the warranty product within 30 days by walk-in.
