Place an Order

1. How do I place an order?  

Step 1: Log on to or the Ridelah 2.0 App.  

Step 2: Select items, click ‘Add to cart’ with your desired quantity.  

Step 3: Review your items in the ‘Cart’. 

Step 4: Proceed to ‘Check Out’. 

Step 5: Select your delivery method, and provide shipping details, click ‘Continue to shipping’. 

Step 6: Review your shipping details, click ‘Continue to payment’. 

Step 7: Apply promo code (if any).  

Step 8: Make the payment.  

Step 9: Receive an order summary via email.  

Step 10: Track your order via the tracking link send to you via email. 

Step 11: Await delivery at your doorstep! 

2. Do I need to register for an account to shop? 

Account registration is required for warranty to be valid. By registering with us, you agree to participate in our Ridelah Loyalty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.  

3. Can I cancel/modify my order after it has been processed?

Our warehouse moves fast to ship your orders as soon as they are confirmed.

Any changes after an order have been processed is no longer possible.

If your order is pending and you would like to cancel/modify your order, please contact us immediately at +603 7932 3459 or drop us a WhatsApp, our customer service team will help you out.

4. How do I cancel my order?  

If your order have not been processed, you can contact us at +603 7932 3459 or drop us a WhatsApp immediately.

5. How do I know my order status? 

You can stay updated on your order status by accessing 'My Account' on our website or Mobile App and through email notifications.

Kindly note that the order status is visible exclusively to buyers who have registered an account with Ridelah.

6.  What should I do if I do not receive confirmation email within 24 hours? 

You can contact us at +603 7932 3459 or drop us a WhatsApp to help locate your order. 

7. Can I reserve an item or place an order for a particular model?

We do not accept reservations for products. However, if you would like us to bring a specific model for you, please reach out to our Sales Consultants in-store or contact us via WhatsApp at +603 7932 3459.

Please note that a 50% deposit is required for pre-orders, subject to stock availability.

8. How do I change my delivery address once my order is placed?

If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us at +603 7932 3459 or send us a WhatsApp message to request a change in your delivery address.

9. Why wasn't the discount/promo code applied to my order?

There could be several reasons why the discount or promo code was not applied to your order.

Please ensure that the code is entered correctly and check if it meets the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.
