1. Campaign Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is valid for selected Touring products under the Anniversary Sale – Drop 1 Touring Campaign only.
1.2 The promotion is valid for purchases made in a single transaction, either in-store or online, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 This promotion is valid from 7 August 2026 until 6 September 2026, inclusive.
1.4 Discounts, promotional prices, and offers are only applicable during the campaign period and while stocks last.

2. Campaign Offer
2.1 Customers are entitled to purchase selected Touring products at the promotional prices displayed during the campaign period.
2.2 Promotional items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
2.3 Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, membership privileges, or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Promotional items are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other products.

3. Warranty, Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Products purchased at 40% discount or more are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, including claims for manufacturing defects and material faults.
3.2 Returns and exchanges are subject to Ridelah's prevailing Return & Exchange Policy.
3.3 Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and proof of purchase.
3.4 Ten Thousand Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with the company's Return & Exchange Policy.

4. General Terms
4.1 Ten Thousand Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4.2 By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 The decision of Ten Thousand Holdings Sdn. Bhd. regarding any matter relating to this promotion shall be final and binding.
