Terms and Conditions:
1. Discounts are applicable for both in-store and online during 29th, 30th, 31st March 2024.
2. Ramadan Iftar is only provided on 29th March 2024.
3. Please be aware that free delivery will not be applied to online purchases during the sale period.
4. Please note that online orders are not confirmed until tracking details have been sent.
5. Online purchases made during this promotional period are not eligible for a one-time free exchange.
6. All items on sale are subject to availability - All purchases during the sale period will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. No pre-orders can be made during the sale period.
8. App vouchers (Ridelah) can be applied for purchases during the Raya sale.
9. All discounts are for members only, you may sign up as a member with our app before checking out!
Exchange/Return:
1. Exchange cannot be performed for the D-Air products once the registration is completed.
2. The standard return and exchange policies will be in effect during the sale. For information regarding eligible items and conditions, please refer to our return policy at https://ridelah.com/policies/refund-policy.
3. We do not accept refunds for in-store purchases, but exchanges can be made: Do note that the same discount will only be applied if you are exchanging for the same item. Should you exchange for a different item after the sale period, you are required to top-up for the difference in the original price/ price at the time of exchange.
4. We do not accept refunds for items sold in-store. However, a credit note may be issued for future purchases. The credit note will have a validity of 6 months.
