1. Campaign Eligibility
1.1 This campaign is valid for customers who purchase one (1) complete Dainese Springbok Jacket and Springbok Pants set in a single transaction, either in-store or online.
1.2 Partial purchases of the Springbok Jacket or Springbok Pants alone do not qualify for this promotion.
2. Campaign Offer
2.1 Customers who purchase a complete Springbok Jacket and Pants set will receive the following complimentary items:
- One (1) Pro-Armor Back Protector G1 or G2 (subject to size compatibility)
- One (1) Explorer WP Duffel Bag 45L
- One (1) Karakum Ergo-Tek Magic Connection
2.2 Total complimentary items value is up to RM2,347.
2.3 This promotion is valid from 18 May 2026 to 30 June 2026, inclusive.
2.4 Complimentary items are available while stocks last and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.5 Complimentary items are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or other products.
3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Returns and exchanges are subject to Ridelah's prevailing return and exchange policy.
3.2 In the event of a return or refund of the Springbok Jacket and Pants set, all complimentary items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
3.3 Should any complimentary item not be returned or be returned in a used or damaged condition, Ten Thousand Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the item(s) from the refund amount.
4. General Terms
4.1 Ten Thousand Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4.2 By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 The decision of Ten Thousand Holdings Sdn. Bhd. regarding any matter relating to this promotion shall be final and binding.
