1. Event Overview
1.1. The "Organizer" refers to Ten Thousand Holdings Sdn Bhd.
1.2. The "Participant" refers to any individual who has registered and paid for participation in the track day event.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1. Participation in the event is subject to registration and payment of the specified fee.
2.2. Registration fees are non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined in section 5 (Cancellation Policy).
3. Participant Requirements
3.1. Participants must possess a valid motorcycle driver's license.
3.2. All motorcycles must be in safe, roadworthy condition and comply with local regulations.
3.3. All riders must wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, gloves, full leather suit, and boots.
4. Conduct and Safety
4.1. All participants must adhere to the Organizer's safety guidelines, including instructions from event staff and marshals.
4.2. Reckless or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated, and the Organizer reserves the right to eject any participant engaging in such conduct.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather or low enrollment.
5.2. In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
5.3. Participants may request a refund if they are unable to attend the event, subject to the Organizer's discretion and any applicable cancellation fees.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. Participants acknowledge that motorcycle track days involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury or damage to property.
6.2. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage and should ensure that they have adequate coverage for the event.
7. Photography and Videography
7.1. The Organizer may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. Participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in such materials.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
