1. Booking and Payment:
a. A non-refundable full payment is required to secure your slot.
b. Payments can be made by making online purchases at https://ridelah.com/products/himalayan-expedition-ride
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made before 15th July 2024 will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid in term of Gift Card for in-store and online purchases at Dainese Kuala Lumpur or at www.ridelah.com
b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 15th July 2024.
3. Participant Requirements:
a. Participants must be at least 21 years old.
b. Participants must have a valid passport with at least six(6) months’ validity from the expedition start date.
c. Participants must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the expedition.
4. Visa Requirements:
a. Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa to enter the expedition country, India.
b. The organizers will provide an invitation letter if required for the visa application.
c. Failure to secure a visa will result in forfeiture of the deposit and subject to the cancellation policy.
5. Travel Insurance:
a. Participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
b. Proof of insurance must be provided by 1st September 2024.
6. Itinerary Changes:
a. The organizers reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political issues, or other emergencies.
b. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated promptly to participants.
7. Responsibilities and Liability:
a. The organizers will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of participants.
b. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the expedition leaders.
c. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants during the expedition.
8. Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, local communities, and the environment.
b. Any participant found violating laws or engaging in disruptive behavior may be removed from the expedition without a refund.
9. Equipment and Gear:
a. A list of necessary equipment and gear will be provided prior to the expedition.
b. Participants are responsible for bringing their own gear unless otherwise specified.
10. Medical and Dietary Needs:
a. Participants must inform the organizers of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
b. The organizers will make reasonable accommodations for dietary needs but cannot guarantee all requirements will be met.
11. Force Majeure:
a. The organizers are not liable for any delay or cancellation of the expedition due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
12. Transferability of Booking:
a. Bookings are transferable to another person who meets all the participant requirements.
b. Booking transfer must include the transfer of Merchandise items.
c. The replacement participant must understand the terms and conditions of Himalayan Expedition Ride.
d. The information of the replacement participant must be provided two (2) weeks before the Himalayan Expedition Ride departure date.
e. Failure to provide replacement information by the specified date will result in the original booking being subject to the standard cancellation policy. Please note that we are not liable to find a replacement.
13. By booking a slot on the Himalayan Expedition Ride, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
